Shipping costs for DHL to Germany and Austria

For orders under €50.00 we charge €5.50 shipping costs including VAT. From an order value of €50.00 we deliver postage free.

Shipping costs for DHL to selected European countries

The shipping costs to Estonia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Malta, Sweden, Slovakia and Spain are: €17.00 including VAT for an order value of up to €75.00. From an order value of €75.00 we take care of the shipping costs for you.

Shipping costs to other EU countries

We do not deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus. In the case of a purchase contract, you must have the goods picked up from us yourself. Of course you can order directly from the distributor in your country and have it delivered to you directly.

Delivery Times

Currently, our domestic delivery times (Germany + Austria) are approx. 2 - 4 working days after receipt of order, for deliveries abroad within 7 working days after receipt of order (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of receipt of payment). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
