Declaration of accessibility

At arcaya, it is important to us to make our website as accessible as possible. We want to enable all users - regardless of physical or technical requirements - to access our content.

Our website is based on the requirements of the Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung (BITV 2.0) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We continuously strive to improve the accessibility of our website.

Measures already implemented:

• Navigation aids such as skip links and keyboard control (e.g. carousel)
• Clear and understandable language
• Responsive design for different end devices
• No flashing or automatically playing content

Despite our efforts, some areas of the website may not be fully accessible:

• The contrast of some text elements and controls may not be sufficient.
• The size of some interactive elements (e.g. buttons, links) may be too small for people with motor impairments or visual impairments.

We are working on removing these barriers as quickly as possible.

If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your feedback within six weeks, you can contact the relevant enforcement body.
