Since arcaya was founded in 2002, 95% of arcaya's employees have been female and we value mutual respect and recognition. Compliance with the Code of Conduct is just as important to us as our Code of Conduct, which is based on the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. We are a member of the German Personal Care and Detergent Industry Association (IKW) and the German Chemical Industry Association.
At the end of 2019, we also received the seal of approval for a certified ISO 9001 quality management system. We regularly donate to charitable organisations - from regional to international.
