How do I open an ampoule?
Shake well before opening. Tap the top of the ampoule to allow the liquid to flow downwards. To protect your hands, wrap a cosmetic or terry cloth towel around the ampoule. Break off the top of the ampoule at the break ring. Do not open the ampoule with your bare hands!
How do I apply the ampoule correctly?
Carefully cleanse the face, neck, and décolleté. Pour the ampoule liquid into the palm of your hand in portions. Avoid direct contact between the skin and the break point of the ampoule. Apply the ampoule contents to the face, neck, and décolleté with your fingertips and spread gently.

The ampoule contents are intended for immediate use—you should use up the liquid within 2 days at most.
