Shipping costs within Germany and to Austria

On orders of under €50.00, there is a €5.00 charge for shipping (standard shipping with DHL). 

We cover shipping costs for you on orders of €50.00 or more.

 

Shipping costs to select European Union countries

Shipment to the countries Estonia, France, Ireland, Croatia, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain and Cyprus: on orders of under €75.00, there is a €12.00 charge for shipping

On orders of €75.00 or more, arcaya covers the shipping costs for you.

 

Shipment to other European Union countries

We do not ship to the countries of Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary and the United Kingdom.

If a contract is concluded, you must arrange for collection of the goods yourself. You naturally have the option of placing an order with one of our distribution partners in your country and having them deliver the goods to you.

Shipping costs to countries outside of the European Union

Costs are indicated during the ordering process.

 

 

Delivery worldwide

We deliver worldwide (with the exception of the countries listed above under “other EU countries”) with DHL. Within Germany, you can arrange for other useful DHL Services such as cash on delivery or evening delivery for an additional charge.
